The 1969 Chevrolet® Nova “SS” came from the factory with a high-performance 300 hp Turbo-Fire 350 cubic inch engine, special 3-speed gearbox and heavy duty suspension.
The Chevy Nova Super Sport was the smallest muscle car coming from Detroit and held the Super Sport label until 1976. In 1969, the ‘Chevy II by Chevrolet’ name was replaced by ‘Nova by Chevrolet’.
It had a black accented grille, simulated hood air intakes and fender louvres. There is no doubt that this is one of the great cars of the muscle era.
